Our wedding day coordination is ideal for the couple who wants to enjoy planning their own wedding. We step in 8-12 weeks before your wedding and work with you to deliver your perfect day. We begin with a site visit and meeting. Then we connect with your vendors, review your contracts,  finalize decor details, build a seamless timeline and logistics plan, and run your rehearsal. When your wedding day arrives we manage every aspect to perfection, so you can focus on soaking in each unforgettable moment. ​​

My Story

I am pleased to introduce myself as Jamie Noone, owner and chief WC of Cape Cod Wedding Coordinators. Based in Yarmouth Port, MA. I began my career in non-profit event management before making the move to private venue coordination. Understanding the venue side of  wedding coordination is my superpower! I work diligently for my couples to implement their vision. I have incredible connections with cape cod vendors and will happily share my favorites list with my booked couples. 
My goal is to always exceed your expectations and deliver your perfectly seamless wedding day. My staff and I will execute your timeline to perfection, handle all of the communication with your vendors, so you can feel confident leaving the details to us while you have the time of your life and soak in your stress-free wedding day!
